Free discovery is how every Apna Automation engagement starts. We connect to one shared mailbox with access limited to that address, read a week of the email already in it, and show you one page: how many requests came in, how many were answered, how fast, and what it cost you. There is no charge and nothing to install. If the number is small, we say so and part as friends.

What do we look at?

The email your office already receives. We sort a week of it into the requests that make money (quotes, orders, bookings, leads), the chasers (customers asking where things are), the paperwork, and the noise. Then we count: how many money requests arrived, how many got a reply, how long the reply took, and how many were answered twice by two different people.

What do you get back?

One page, in plain words, inside five business days of access being granted. It names the number, shows two or three real examples with the details hidden, and says what we would automate first and why. No deck, no report nobody reads.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Discovery is free. If you want the automation built, we quote it from what discovery found. If you do not, you keep the page and we delete our access.

Is it safe?

Access is limited to the one mailbox you name. Nothing is sent, moved or deleted. Your email stays in your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and your IT can revoke our access in one click. We do not use your email to train anything, and we never share one business's numbers with another.

What we will not do during discovery

We will not send anything to your customers. We will not read mailboxes you did not name. We will not tell you what to automate before we have seen your email, and we will not quote a price before we know the job.
