Apna Automation works through referral partners: the IT provider who holds a business's Microsoft 365 tenant, the marketing agency that already sends it leads, the bookkeeper who sees its paperwork. You introduce, we run free discovery, and if the business goes ahead you receive a share of the setup fee and of the monthly plan for two years, set out in a written agreement, paid within 15 days of us being paid. You stay the client's provider; we stay in our lane.

Who makes a good partner?

Anyone a business owner already trusts with a login. IT providers and managed service providers, because granting scoped mailbox access is a twenty-minute job for them and a week for anyone else. Marketing agencies, because the leads they generate are the ones that go unanswered at 9 p.m. Bookkeepers and accountants, because they see the invoices that went out late and the paperwork that never arrived. Industry associations and software resellers whose members ask "can this be automated?"

How does it work?

You introduce the owner by email or a call, in your words. We send our one-page explanation.
We run free discovery: one mailbox, one week, one page back. You see the page too, if the owner agrees.
If they go ahead, we quote and build. You are copied on the scope so nothing lands on your help desk unannounced.
You are paid your share of the setup fee within 15 days of us being paid, and your share of the monthly plan for 24 months from the day the client goes live.
Every introduction and payment sits in a register you can see at any time.
