Industries

The same office problem, in your industry's words.

AI for small business owners is not one product. It is the office work of your industry, read, sorted, drafted and chased by a system that never leaves for lunch. Apna Automation builds it for trucking carriers, freight brokers, accounting firms, insurance and mortgage brokerages and real estate teams, inside the tools each of them already uses. Pick your industry below; each page names the jobs, the software and the arithmetic. Discovery is free, and the first job is live in five business days from the day access is granted.

Which industries do we work with?

Trucking companies came first: a dispatch office quoting forty loads a day cannot see the three that went unanswered. Full page: AI for trucking companies.

Freight brokers, 3PLs and customs brokers run on the same inbox from the other side: tenders, rate requests, capacity emails and confirmations. Full page: AI for freight brokers and logistics.

Accounting firms drown in March: client documents to chase, status questions to answer, deadlines to hold. Full page: AI for accounting firms.

Insurance and mortgage brokerages live by renewal dates, quote requests and document collection, under RIBO and FSRA rules that do not bend. Full page: AI for insurance and mortgage brokers.

Real estate teams lose the 9 p.m. lead to whoever replies first. Full page: AI for real estate agents and teams.

Construction and trades businesses lose the calls nobody can answer on site and the paperwork that holds up the invoice. Full page: AI for construction companies and trades.

Dental and health clinics have a front desk that cannot answer the phone and the patient in front of it at the same time. Full page: AI for dental offices and health clinics.

Immigration consultants and lawyers chase forty documents per file in three languages and answer the same status question twice a week. Full page: AI for immigration consultants and lawyers.

Which job does each industry drown in?

Why one page per industry?

Because the words and the software are different, even when the problem is the same. A carrier says rate request, POD and TransPlus; an accountant says engagement, slip and CaseWare; a mortgage agent says notice of assessment and FSRA. The system has to be built around the real emails in your inbox, not a template, and the page should be honest about what it reads in your industry. If your industry is not listed, the services pages describe the work in plain words and discovery tells you whether it fits.

What is the same everywhere?

A shared inbox where money arrives, requests that need a reply faster than the office can give one, paperwork that has to be matched to a file before anyone can invoice, and an owner who cannot see what was missed. Every build follows the same four steps: free discovery on one mailbox, a written quote, shadow mode where a person sends every draft, then live in five business days from the day access is granted with a monthly care plan.

The tools each industry already pays for, with prices checked October 2026.

What we do not do

We do not sell industry software; we connect to the one you have. We do not automate a decision that needs a licence, a signature or a judgement call: a CPA's opinion, a broker's advice, a dispatcher's choice of driver. And we do not promise a saving before discovery has counted your own numbers.
