Terms of service

  1. Who the terms bind. Apna Automation Inc. ("Apna") and the business that engages it ("you"). A written quote accepted by you forms the agreement, together with these terms.
  2. Discovery. Discovery is free and creates no obligation on either side. Apna may decline to quote a build.
  3. Builds. A build is scoped in the written quote. The first automation in a build is live within five business days from the day access is granted, where "live" means running in shadow or sending mode as agreed in the quote. Larger scopes carry their own timeline in the quote.
  4. Care plan. The monthly care plan covers hosting, monitoring, fixes when a supplier changes a format, and small changes agreed in writing. Either side may end it on 30 days' notice.
  5. Access and data. You grant access scoped to the mailbox and systems named in the quote. You may revoke it at any time. Your data stays yours. Apna's privacy policy applies.
  6. What you own. The automation built for you, the configuration, the drafts and the reports. Apna keeps ownership of its general tools, templates and methods.
  7. Fees. The build fee and the monthly fee are those in the quote, in Canadian dollars plus HST, invoiced as set out there.
  8. What Apna does not promise. That every email will be read correctly, that every draft will be right, or that savings will reach any particular figure. Drafts are for a person to check until you switch a job to sending mode.
  9. Liability. Apna's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  10. Law. Ontario law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario.
