What this site collects. When you send a form or use the calculator we collect what you type: name, email, phone, business name, industry, and your message or numbers. We use it to reply to you and to prepare discovery. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits; it does not use advertising cookies.

What an engagement collects. During discovery and any build, we read email in the one mailbox your organization grants us access to, using access scoped to that mailbox by your own IT. We process that email to sort it, draft replies and produce reports for you. We do not use it to train AI models, we do not share it with other clients, and we do not keep it after the engagement ends beyond what is needed to meet legal obligations.

Where data lives. Your email stays in your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Our processing runs on servers in Canada or the United States; we will tell you which before discovery starts if you ask.

Your rights. You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will respond within 30 days. You can withdraw consent at any time by having your IT revoke our access.

Retention. Form submissions are kept for two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Engagement data is removed when the engagement ends.

Changes. We will post changes here with a new date.
