A study-permit client calls twice a week to ask whether anything has changed. A consultation booked by email is forgotten by the client. The licensed work is a fraction of the hours; the rest is the same chase in three languages.

English, French, Punjabi and Hindi, switching when the client does. A client who writes in Punjabi gets the checklist in Punjabi; the case manager sees the file in English. Other languages on request.

The licence stays where it is. Consultants licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants remain responsible for advice, forms and submissions; the system never advises, completes a form or submits anything. It drafts status replies from the file's stage, collects documents and keeps the calendar. Client information stays in your own systems.

Officio, Docketwise or the case system you use where it has an export or a connection, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for email, WhatsApp, your existing phone number, and QuickBooks or Sage for retainers.
